Add photos in bulk

Choose many photos at once, or a whole folder. Each is shrunk on this device to fit a label (nothing is uploaded), then matched to an entry by its file name — ava-r.jpg for the artist Ava R. You see the matches and can change any before they are added.

One entry per line — title, then the artist statement, separated by a tab or a comma. Pasting three tab-separated columns from a spreadsheet reads them as title, artist, statement.

Add a photo to a row to print a thumbnail on the label. The QR code encodes the artist statement text directly (readable offline by any QR scanner) — it doesn't link anywhere, since nothing here is hosted online.

The reference sheet is one compact list of every piece — title, artist, and the full statement — for your own records and for gallery signage. No photos or codes on it, so it stays short and cheap to print.
