Lets you keep more than one game board saved at once (e.g. one per unit).
Splits a saved roster into teams by count instead of typing team names by hand. Rosters saved elsewhere on this device under “np_rosters” show up in the dropdown below. Team names are pre-filled and stay editable on the scoreboard afterward, same as typed-in teams.
Each question can carry a picture — a map, a diagram, a political cartoon, a primary source. Use + Image on a row. Pictures are shrunk on the way in, kept in this browser’s image storage (and carried inside a JSON export), shown with the clue on the projector, and printed on the practice quiz and answer key.
Spreadsheet needs four columns, one row per question: Category, Points, Question, Answer. The first row should be that header row.
A reusable pool of questions for this tool's boards, separate from any one board — tag a question by unit, standard and difficulty once, then reuse it across boards and across years. Tick questions to gather them into a named set (“Unit 3 review”): your own list, in your order, saved with the bank. Pulling a question into a board copies it in; editing or deleting it here afterward doesn't change a board that already pulled it.
Prints the ticked questions, or every question the list shows when none is ticked, grouped by unit. The quiz has room to answer and its answer key starts a new page; the study guide has each answer beside its question. A question’s picture is not printed on these sheets: they have its words only.
Save the whole bank as a file for a colleague or another computer, and bring one in. The bank file keeps everything, each question’s picture and your named sets included; the spreadsheet is for reading and editing in Excel or Sheets. A file you choose is shown first: what it would add, what it would change and what it would leave out, and nothing is stored until you press Add. Importing adds to this bank and never deletes from it: a question already here is updated or skipped, and a named set from a file is added beside yours, never over one, so the same file can be imported twice.
